For the record: Soup was Italian Wedding Soup with the addition of veal meatballs, Pasta was a very good (imported) spinach fettucini with shrimp & bay scallop scampi, salad was my take on Caprese Salad substituting Ricotta Sallata (a fresh unaged cheese) with tomato and 10 year old Balsamic. The main course was a stuffed & rolled veal cutlet. The cutlets were stuffed with Prosciutto, sauted mushrooms, onion, garlic (of course lots of garlic) and dryed herbs. The additional stuffing was the same mushroom mixture with the addition of ricotta & romano cheeses, eggs and cappacola ham. Dessert was a wonderful Tiramasu prepared by Jay’s Pastry Chef Sherry.

Obviously Theresa had too much wine because she forgot all this!!!!!
